A compact, tufted (tojikomi) tea-ceremony cushion in a friendly 42 x 45 cm size. An endearing apple silhouette is set against kikko, the auspicious tortoiseshell lattice, for a motif that feels both traditional and modern, at home on a tea-room floor as easily as on a sofa or chair. It is woven in Ihira-ori, a supple linen cloth with the honest, natural texture of hemp that suits both Japanese and Western rooms. Dyed in deep indigo. The deep indigo ground lends the apple-and-tortoiseshell motif a cool, classic Japanese feel. Made in Japan, it ships gift-ready from Osaka with tracking. About 42 x 45 cm (16.5 x 17.7 in).

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, mail the item to Japan and arrange and pay for return shipping and the return label.
